Terms and Conditions


Sample Policy
  1. All of the custom-samples are merely for product quality approval before the bulk order between the buyers and Animate International (H.K.) Ltd.
  2. Buyers will be charged for the sample(s) and will receive our debit note for payment.
  3. Samples are made identical to our existing products or according to the prototypes/drawings from buyers.
  4. Custom-Sample making will be charged up to US$100.00 per item.
  5. The Buyers prepay the samples shipment/postage before delivery.  We will choose the best rate offered by the international express courier whoever serves you best and we do not send samples by freight collect under client's account.
  6. The buyers are responsible for any import customs duty/tariff if applicable at the destination.
  7. Sample lead-time is about one to two weeks upon receipt of the sample charge.
  8. Sample charges are fully or partially refunded upon order confirmation from both parties. Eligible orders must be confirmed within 30 days of sample delivery and reach the purchase amount of US$5,000.00. The cost of sending samples is non-refundable.
